The Effect of Work Discipline on Employee Performance in the Civil Service Police Unit and Fire Department of Sidenreng Rappang Regency. This research aims to investigate the influence of work discipline on the performance of employees of the Civil Service Police Unit and Fire Department of Sidenreng Rappang Regency. Work Discipline is an important factor that supports optimal supervisor performance. The ability of employees to know the rules and carry out tasks with responsibility will have a positive impact on the productivity and effectiveness of the organization. The population of this study was 318 employees. The sample measurement technique uses the Slovin formula with a margin of error of 11%, so the number of samples used is 66 respondents, selected through a random sampling technique. Data was collected through questionnaires. The results of the analysis show that there is a significant influence of work discipline on employee performance, with the calculated t value (3.507) which is greater than the t table (1.998). Therefore, the hypothesis which states that there is an influence of work discipline on employee performance can be accepted. This research uses descriptive quantitative methods. The population of this study were all consumers who had purchased a scoopy motorcycle at Astra Motor Sidrap. The research sample was selected using a Nonprobability Sampling approach using the Accidental / Convenience Sampling technique so that the number of samples who became respondents was 97 people. The research data was collected using a survey method using a questionnaire and processed through the SPSS26 program to test validity and reliability, classical assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test), multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing (correlation coefficient, and coefficient of determination, t test, and F test). The results of hypothesis testing in this study indicate that partially and simultaneously product quality and service quality have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for scoopy motorbikes at Astra Motor Sidrap. This illustrates that the increase in purchasing decisions by consumers is in line with the improvement in product and service quality. Pmmunicationis able to increase work harmony in the organization and conversely, if communication isnot effective then coordinaton will be disrupted and result in disruption of the process of achieving instant targets and goals. This research aims to evaluate whether communication has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at the Puskesmas Lawawoi Community Health Center, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The research method used is quantitative research. The research population consisted of 128 employees at the Puskesmas Lawawoi Community Health Center, Sidenreng Rappang Regency, using a purposive sampling technique with a saturated sampling approach. The results of the analysis show that communication has a significant influence on employee performance, with a calculated t value (8.943) which is greater than the t table (1.797). Therefore, the hypothesis which states that there is an influence of communication on employee performance can be accepted.
