PENGARUH KOMUNIKASI KERJA DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI MELALUI MANAJEMEN PELAYANAN PADA KANTOR DINAS PERHUBUNGAN PROVINSI SULAWESI SELATAN

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh komunikasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui manajemen pelayanan pada Kantor Dinas Perhubungan Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain survei eksplanatori. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 112 pegawai. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling berbasis Partial Least Squares. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai serta manajemen pelayanan. Lingkungan kerja juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai serta manajemen pelayanan. Manajemen pelayanan terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Selain itu, manajemen pelayanan memediasi pengaruh komunikasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Nilai R-square menunjukkan bahwa model mampu menjelaskan variasi kinerja pegawai secara memadai. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa peningkatan kinerja aparatur perhubungan tidak hanya ditentukan oleh kemampuan individual, tetapi juga oleh mutu komunikasi kerja, dukungan lingkungan kerja, dan tata kelola pelayanan yang terarah.
