Abstrak

Transformasi Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia (MSDM) di era digital menjadi isu strategis seiring dengan pesatnya perkembangan teknologi digital dan perubahan lingkungan organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara sistematis perkembangan, tema utama, serta tantangan transformasi MSDM di era digital melalui pendekatan systematic literature review (SLR). Pencarian literatur dilakukan pada basis data ilmiah bereputasi, yaitu Scopus, Web of Science, ScienceDirect, dan Google Scholar, dengan rentang publikasi tahun 2015–2024. Hasil sintesis literatur menunjukkan bahwa transformasi MSDM mencakup digitalisasi proses HR, pemanfaatan artificial intelligence dan HR analytics, perubahan peran strategis fungsi HR, serta transformasi pengalaman dan pola kerja karyawan. Namun demikian, literatur juga mengidentifikasi berbagai tantangan, termasuk isu etika, bias algoritmik, perlindungan data, dan kesiapan kapabilitas digital. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa transformasi MSDM merupakan proses sosio-teknis yang kompleks dan berkelanjutan, yang memerlukan integrasi antara teknologi, manusia, dan strategi organisasi. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat berkontribusi pada pengembangan literatur MSDM digital serta memberikan dasar konseptual bagi praktik manajerial dan penelitian selanjutnya.
