Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Peran Digital Transformation Memoderasi Pengaruh Public Service Motivation dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Work Life Balance Pada PT. Jasa Raharja (perero) Wilayah Sulawesi Utara. Penelitian ini Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain explanatory research, data dikumpul dari 62 responden melalui survei dan dianalisis dengan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) via SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa public service motivation tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap work life balance. Hasil tersebut dibuktikan nilai P Value lebih besar dari nilai sig (0,379 > 0,05). Kepuasan Kerja Berpengaruh Positif dan signifikan terhadap work life balance. Hasil tersebut dibuktikan nilai P Value lebih kecil dari nilai sig (0,000 < 0,05). Digital transformation berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap work life balance. Hasil tersebut dibuktikan nilai P Value lebih kecil dari nilai sig (0,013 < 0,05). Digital transformation berperan memoderasi hubungan public service motivation terhadap work life balance. Hasil ini dibuktikan pada nilai P Value lebih kecil dari nilai sig (0,014 < 0,05) dan digital transformation tidak dapat berperan memoderasi hubungan kepuasan kerja terhadap work life balance. Hasil ini dibuktikan pada nilai P Value lebih besarl dari nilai sig (0,305 > 0,05)
