PENGARUH KOMUNIKASI KERJA DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI MELALUI MOTIVASI KERJA PADA DINAS KOPERASI, USAHA KECIL DAN MENENGAH KOTA MAKASSAR

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh komunikasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui motivasi kerja pada Dinas Koperasi, Usaha Kecil dan Menengah Kota Makassar. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain survei eksplanatori. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 115 pegawai. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling berbasis Partial Least Squares. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja dan kinerja pegawai. Lingkungan kerja juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja dan kinerja pegawai. Motivasi kerja terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai serta memediasi pengaruh komunikasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa peningkatan kinerja aparatur tidak cukup ditopang oleh sistem kerja formal, tetapi memerlukan aliran komunikasi yang jelas, lingkungan kerja yang mendukung, serta motivasi kerja yang kuat. Penelitian ini memberi kontribusi pada pengembangan kajian manajemen sumber daya manusia sektor publik daerah, terutama pada perangkat daerah yang bertugas memperkuat koperasi dan usaha kecil menengah.
