DAMPAK SUPERVISI DAN PELATIHAN TERENCANA TERHADAP ADAPTASI ORGANISASI MELALUI LEARNING AGILITY DI DINAS PENDIDIKAN PROVINSI SULAWESI SELATAN

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis dampak supervisi dan pelatihan terencana terhadap adaptasi organisasi melalui learning agility pada Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Populasi penelitian merujuk pada data sumber daya manusia sebanyak 27.130 pegawai dan tenaga kependidikan, dengan sampel 100 pegawai berdasarkan rumus Slovin pada tingkat kesalahan 10%. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling berbasis Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa supervisi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap learning agility serta adaptasi organisasi. Pelatihan terencana berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap learning agility serta adaptasi organisasi. Learning agility berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap adaptasi organisasi serta memediasi pengaruh supervisi dan pelatihan terencana terhadap adaptasi organisasi. Nilai R-square menunjukkan bahwa model mampu menjelaskan learning agility sebesar 0,388 dan adaptasi organisasi sebesar 0,517. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa adaptasi organisasi pada instansi pendidikan pemerintah tidak hanya bergantung pada program formal, tetapi juga pada kualitas supervisi, pembelajaran terencana, dan kemampuan pegawai menerapkan pengalaman baru.
